/ About The Brand
Union Juice is a quick serve restaurant alternative, offering fresh, healthy and nutritious options. Their menu includes fresh juices, fair trade sourced coffee, panini style sandwiches and fresh salads, in a high energy bar-meets-lounge environment.
The brand’s secret sauce derives from the cool space, the fresh product merchandising, along with the high energy created by the juicers behind the bar. As well, the young, health conscious, and active customers that Union Juice attract will contribute to the vibe of the space.
Union Juice is not just another QSR brand, but strives to become a lifestyle offering for fast-moving, career driven urban individual looking to compliment their lifestyle with easy, cool and on-the-go choices.

Union Juice locations can be be described as “bar meets lounge.” They are considered modern spaces that are functional, energetic, and stylish. Some key features include friendly staff, music selection, communal seating and a rotating art showcase all contribute to a brand experience that is both inviting and entertaining.
