Free Brand Audit – Terms and Conditions 

To qualify for this service, your business must have been operational for at least one (1) year. You are required to provide accurate and complete basic business and brand information via a pre-call questionnaire.

All personal and business information collected will be handled in compliance with Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Engagement Process 

The engagement process begins with initial contact, either by phone or email, to gauge interest and explain the process. After this, the audit process will commence with the following steps:

1. 1. Collect the client’s existing branding materials and responses to a questionnaire.
2. 2. Run an analysis and prepare a report.
3. 3. Conduct a 30-minute presentation to share findings.

Each business is entitled to one (1) audit. There is no obligation to purchase additional services following the audit. All timelines and expectations will be communicated clearly, and the service will be delivered as outlined. Should unforeseen delays occur, you will be informed promptly.

After the audit, clients may be offered a discounted or customized service package to encourage further collaboration. Participation in such offers is optional and subject to separate terms, which will be communicated clearly.

This offer is valid until January 31, 2025.
