24-7 Intouch was a global customer care and technology company at the forefront of the digital transformation of the customer care industry.


As the industry grew, they felt their identity had to reflect their ambitions and growth momentum. Jacknife was invited to develop a visual identity system that articulated a refreshed brand strategy, repositioned the company as an industry leader, and maintained the essence of its legacy.
We began by refining the company’s name to better represent its evolution. The challenge was striking the right balance between cutting-edge technology and the human connection at the heart of customer experience—our solution: IntouchCX.
This new name retained the equity of the original brand while reinforcing its future ambitions. The addition of “CX” emphasized the company’s core mission—enhancing the customer experience—and suggested a more seamless, intuitive engagement for clients and users alike.

The new IntouchCX identity reflects the company’s dual commitment to technological excellence and personal connection.
We carefully designed a bold and confident bespoke wordmark that stands out as a recognizable, ownable asset. To balance sharp precision with approachability, we incorporated a blend of sharp edges and rounded corners in both the icon and typography, visually capturing the harmony between human interaction and technology.
The icon itself speaks to other components of the brand. The middle pillar is a nod to the ‘I’ of IntouchCX and reflects the individual within the company, while the two stylized arches represent a protective shell for both clients and the community.
This flexible design system extends seamlessly across various applications, ensuring consistency, adaptability, and impact across digital and physical brand touchpoints.






The final identity for IntouchCX is more than just a logo—it’s a strategic, future-proof system that reinforces the company’s role as an innovator in customer experience. Designed to be both disruptive and inclusive, it reflects the diverse nature of the brand, its community, and its evolving product offerings.
