An Innovative Campaign to Launch the Pinnacle of Office Spaces

Over the years, Jacknife has collaborated with iQ Offices on various projects across multiple locations. When it came time to launch a new one-of-a-kind ultra-premium property, 302 Bay in Toronto, iQ turned to Jacknife.

With a focus on reshaping the perception of the workspace, iQ Offices’ goal was to introduce its stunning new luxury office space through a focused and engaging teaser and launch campaign, leveraging our innovative strategic and creative process.

iQ Offices is the largest independent Canadian-owned coworking operator. It offers private, modern co-working and office spaces with boutique-level services to support modern professionals and businesses’ team and individual needs. Throughout the project, our work was informed by a deep understanding of iQ Offices’ brand and a commitment to delivering impactful creative solutions.

The teaser campaign was designed to captivate audiences. We adopted an Art Deco aesthetic, mimicking the building’s historical features and communicating the luxurious nature of the interiors. It featured a scaffolding design with a compelling call-to-action directing traffic to the dedicated landing page at 302bay.com. These offices are not for everyone. They are for ambitious trailblazers who require a space that matches their aspirations and where like-minded go-getters can surround them.
Information packages were also created to equip the sales team with valuable insights for briefing brokers. At the same time, out-of-home advertising and guerrilla marketing avenues were utilized to maximize brand exposure.
The landing page served as a digital showcase, highlighting the exclusivity and luxury of 302 Bay while emphasizing the benefits of flexible office spaces and reasons to embrace a return to the workplace. We leveraged the Mark Twain quote, “The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated,” to infuse a sense of intrigue and curiosity, complemented by the strategic integration of the iQ Offices logo to reinforce brand presence. The scrim is intentionally provocative to catch people’s attention but inherently speaks to the culture that iQ Offices are trying to capture with this space.

As the campaign transitioned into the launch phase, we implemented paid advertising, enhanced landing page experiences, organic social media engagement, and targeted email outreach to existing members and prospective clients.
